Julia Chang is a mom, wife, health + fitness mindset coach, Taekwondo black belt and writer. She rediscovered her identity after diving into the health and fitness world. Through her own journey of turning pain to purpose, she realized her passion for helping women do the same. She has a heart to help women master their motivation.
Julia has volunteered for local charities, organizations and communities by donating Taekwondo classes, hosting healthy cooking classes and giving motivational talks. She loves working with local small businesses to provide value to her local community.
Julia and her husband CJ have three beautiful children, Christopher, Charlotte and Asher. They reside in Bel Air, MD.
